Creating an illustration or in this case an animation for a client I find my focus on the roadmap not just the final destination. In the case of animations there are so many decisions to be made. Figuring out what need to be decided on at what point in the development has a big impact on success. I like to explore as many options early on and then narrow focus in the later phases.
This animation was created for Vista Engineering, Iceland a few years ago. It was created as a talking point to showcase the variety of services they provide. This is a collection of some of the design exploration and refinement we went through.
