Full 3D animation and rendered stills for an electric bike — modelled from CAD geometry, lit across seven environments, and delivered as a stills bundle plus motion sequence.
Electric Bike 3D Animation
Showcasing your product
Your CAD model.
Animated. Explained.
This project began with a client CAD file. No redrawing, no approximation — we imported the geometry directly into our pipeline, cleaned up the mesh for render, and built the lighting rigs from scratch.
The brief called for a marketing-ready stills bundle that could serve both web and print, alongside a short looping animation for trade show display. Seven distinct lighting environments were explored before the client selected three for final delivery.
The result: a product that reads as real — materials behaving correctly, surfaces catching light the way metal and rubber actually do, proportions unchanged from the engineering spec.
Mechanical fidelity
Moving parts move correctly. No shortcuts taken with geometry or kinematics.
Material Accuracy
Physically-based rendering. Surfaces — anodised alloy, rubber, carbon — look like the real thing.
Data-driven motion
Animations can reflect real performance specs and engineering tolerances.
Deliverables
Broadcast-quality animation, stills bundle across multiple lighting setups, web-optimised clips.

3D animation and visualisation for the technical world
Your CAD model. Animated. Explained.
We work directly with your 3D assets — no redrawing, no approximations. Whether it’s a drivetrain cutaway, a fluid dynamics sequence, or a product launch reel, we render it with the technical accuracy your audience demands.
- Mechanical fidelity — moving parts move correctly
- Material accuracy — surfaces look like the real thing
- Data-driven — animations can reflect real performance specs
At Science Design Services we are committed to providing our clients with high quality 3D modeling and animation services whether you’re a product designer, marketer, or just someone who appreciates great design.
